update, the movie collected a gross of approximately Rs 30 Crore at Andhra Pradesh Box Office. These collections are less than NTR previous movie Oosaravelli. The movie which was released grandly on April 27,2012 made good collections on the first weekend of its release, however there is a drastic fall in the collections from Monday due to mixed reviews and divide talk in the movie among fans.
On the other hand the movie received good collections at overseas box office. Fall in Rupee value and increase in Dollar price helped in making good collections at overseas box office.
As per the recent update, Dammu collected a gross of around Rs 40 Crore by the end of first week at world wide Box Office.
Meanwhile, producers conducted a success meet of Dammu. As there are no big releases in this week, producers are expecting steady collections in second week as well. NTR, Boyapati Srinu and Tamanna are promoting the movie in TV Channels in various live shows in order to attract audience towards theaters
