"Record price for Eega TV Rights"

Rajamouli's Eega started buzzing even before the release. The Tamil TV rights of the movie fetched 3.35 Crore for the rights holders, PVP cinemas group. 


An elated Rajamouli himself revealed this microbloging site, twitter, "When eega Tamil rights were sold for 5 crores, I was a bit worried that we are overselling. Tamil satellite rights were sold for a whooping 3.35 crores!! We are left wondering whether we undersold the rights...:)".

The movie is being readied for May 30th release.Sai is producing this film on Vaaraahi Chalana Chitram banner and Suresh Babu is the executive producer.
